La Sauterelle

La Sauterelle is a delightful, well-equipped cottage ideal for larger families or two families holidaying together. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a large south-facing terrace.

Each of the two master bedrooms contains a new, large bed (super-king, but we can also make it as twin beds) with good-quality sprung mattresses and has an antique wardrobe and chest of drawers for ample storage. Each has a vaulted ceiling and French doors leading onto the terrace.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have sturdy, adult-sized bunk beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and can easily accomodate a cot. The layout is such that each master bedroom shares a bathroom (with separate bath and shower) with one of the bunk bed rooms, making it ideal for two couples each with children.

The kitchen/dining room is furnished with a big dining table and has all the equipment you might need, including a dishwasher.

A separate sitting room provides ample seating space and is equipped with English satellite TV and a DVD/CD player.

The kitchen and living/dining room each has its own set of French doors onto the large fully-equipped south-facing terrace with views of trees and gently sloping fields.

La Sauterelle is single-level, and has been entirely refurbished in 2006. This large cottage (110 sq m) with its comfortable heating is perfectly suited for longer stays throughout the year.
