The Pool - The attractive mosaic-tiled swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5m) is salt-filtered and fenced to protect our younger guests. The terrace area is paved in local stone with ten comfortable sun loungers and several large sun umbrellas. The pool is shared by the three cottages, with the occasional visit from our five-year-old son Sebastian. Inflatable pool toys are provided by us and you are of course welcome to bring your own as well.

The Games Room - The very popular and well-stocked games room includes table football, table tennis, board games, plenty of toys for younger children and books for all ages.

The Playground - Our enchanting playground, set in a shady forest clearning, includes a bench for parents, a climbing tower, slide, baby and toddler swings and sand pit with sand toys.

The Grounds - The Domaine includes seven acres of fields and woodlands perfect for quiet walks, picnics, gathering chestnuts, playing football or just dozing under a tree.

Resaurants, Markets and Activities - In each gite is a folder with information on the many (child-friendly) excellent local restaurants, shops, farmers markets and activities such as canoeing, zip-lining through the forest, ballooning, water skiing on the Lot river, bike rental, horseback riding, fishing in nearby lakes (incl. stocked trout and carp lake) and on the Lot river (best fishing river in France!), tennis, golf, rock climbing and country walks. We provide a chef service where an English speaking local chef can cook an excellent meal for you in your gite (minimum of four adults) so that you can enjoy a relaxing night on your terrace while the children are asleep (menus available in advance). We can also arrange massage or reflexology in your gite or at excellent therapist Julie's house.

Breakfast - Start the morning with croissants and French bread from Au Vieux Four, the traditional wood-oven bakery in Montcabrier, without having to leave your cottage. Just order them with us the evening before, and we will bring them right to your door at no extra cost.

Laundry - A laundry room is provided with washing machines, a dryer, irons and ironing boards, and laundry lines nearby. Don't forget that all bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included, with a clean set provided after your first week.

The Owners - Greg, Sophia and Sebastian Mose live in the farmhouse across the field. We are happy to help with booking restaurants, fishing trips, wine tasting or anything else you might need.
